So I've just learned what Public Access is. USA had pretty banger local government. I would expect this to be exactly the thing, which is not possible there.

        "I'm not worthy" is a direct quote from it (or the sequel). I never understood the context until now. It was just a funny movie, I never wondered how they got a TV programme.
