Agent Spooky Michał, FBI

This is my new, future account. While most interaction still happen on the bsd.cafe one, I aim to migrate fully here.

I am posting mostly culture, emacs, bsd and anti-ai based ramblings. I don't curse and I try not bait people into pointless anger rages.

I am a nerd (or dork? I don't know), a software engineer and I started to hate what technology has bacame.

This is a self-hosted, single-user instance running on snac2.

@michal I actually send daily emails encrypted with PGP to my own email account.

From time to time I also send encrypted photos minimided to 50kb. Its nice as noone can read it and I can easilly store them long term.

@michal not exactly "journal" but I'm always keeping an A6 notebook on me. I specifically wanted as small as possible so it fits in my coat's pocket :D

@michal I recently went back to using my Palm Zire 71 as a calendar, ereader, etc. And someone asked my why I didn't just use a pocket-sized calendar/notebook instead.

And I am embarrassed to admit I never thought about it, and it's probably a much better solution. (Except for the ereader part...)

It's A5 also for me, and doesn't seem like changing anytime soon. I tried smaller formats a few times to keep them on me more easily, and now my office is littered with nice small notebooks with just a few pages used in each
